Aim — not bidding as prime
We intend to do public-sector work, including framework and tender work, when we have the right to bid. We do not have that right today, and this page is going to say so rather than imply otherwise.
Where this stands today.
The page exists so the house looks complete. It is not a bid desk, and it does not become one by pretending.
- We are not on Hansel or any other framework agreement, and we have no framework number to quote.
- We do not prime ministry or municipal RFPs.
- There is no tender mailbox. Do not send us an RFP to answer; we will decline it.
- We do not hold the certifications a public buyer would expect from a prime.
What we will do now.
Subcontract only, to a prime. On the slices we are genuinely good at: production gates, evals, AI quality, and the boring parts of getting a model into a governed service.
Two conditions, both non-negotiable:
- A live private reference exists for the work being bought.
- Our counsel has signed the paper. No exceptions for a nice logo.
If you are a prime carrying a framework agreement and you need a production gate on an AI or software delivery, that conversation is useful today. Put it in the first line.
Why the wait.
A listed house can bid because it has hundreds of people, years of framework references, insurance that matches the liability, and the certifications procurement asks for. We have none of those yet.
A one-person house with bots is not a secret eight-hundred-person vendor. Filing a tender response that implies otherwise is fraud with extra steps, and it puts the whole firm at risk for one contract.
Internal note made public on purpose: if this page ever grows a tender-response mill, kill the page.
Public enquiries start as private ones.
If you are a public buyer with a problem you could scope privately first, that we can help with. If you are a prime who needs a production gate, say so in the first line.
Where the house actually stands
This house is new. Our first revenue will be a paid diagnostic, not a transformation programme.
No client logos. We have none we are allowed to show, and we are not going to invent them. When we publish work, anything synthetic is labelled Sample.
Five practices is the aim, not the inventory. Four are live. The fifth — Public — is on the site as an aim, with the honest limits written on it.
Two legal persons. Kolosseum Solutions by Vantnod, Inc. is the contracting party. Impact Node Oy handles EU contracting and VAT. A Vantnod company.
