Productionization of an already-chosen workflow.
You already picked the workflow. We take it from a sandbox to a system your CFO will sign — with evals, human review, an audit trail, and a named owner.
What “already chosen” means
We do not run a use-case hunt. We do not sell discovery. You arrive with a workflow that already costs somebody hours every week, and we either put it in production or tell you to kill it.
Workflows we are built for today:
- Finance ops — invoice and AP matching, close support, exception triage. The worked example.
- Customer finance — dunning, credit notes, collections follow-up.
- Operations — order exceptions, claims intake, scheduling and routing.
- Internal agents — support drafting, back-office research, document handling with a human gate.
Finance-ops is the first invoice. It is not the ceiling.
How to buy
Same three SKUs as every live practice.
Diagnostic
2 weeks
- Can this ship? A written go/kill memo.
- Gold cases drafted for your workflow, not a generic rubric.
- Invoiced on signature. Half credited if you convert within 30 days.
One founder, one workflow, one memo.
Implementation
12 weeks
- One named system in production.
- Evals, human review, audit trail, named owner, SLOs.
- Scope set before we start. The number is fixed with it.
Never two Implementations overlapping without a contractor on a signed SOW.
Managed
12 months
- Evals and drift watched on a schedule.
- Weekly exception review with a named owner.
- Monthly pack a CFO or Head of Ops will read.
This is the company. The build is the way in.
What this is not.
- A use-case workshop. If you want us to find the work, we are the wrong house.
- A model bake-off or a benchmarking study.
- A forty-slide AI strategy nobody will implement.
- Staff augmentation on somebody else’s roadmap.
- A sandbox that stays a sandbox.
Bring the workflow. Twenty-five minutes.
If it can be in production in twelve weeks, we will say so and price it. If it cannot, we will say that instead.
