After ship, we run it.
Evals on a schedule. Exceptions reviewed with a named owner. A monthly pack a CFO or Head of Ops will actually read. This is the company; the build is the way in.
The cadence
What actually happens, and when.
How to buy
Managed, and how you get here.
Managed
12 months
- Evals and drift watched on a schedule.
- Weekly exception review with a named owner.
- Monthly pack a CFO or Head of Ops will read.
This is the company. The build is the way in.
Implementation
12 weeks
- One named system in production.
- Evals, human review, audit trail, named owner, SLOs.
- Scope set before we start. The number is fixed with it.
Never two Implementations overlapping without a contractor on a signed SOW.
Managed normally starts at the end of an Implementation. If you already have a system in production, we start with a Diagnostic and take it over from there.
What we will not claim.
- A 24/7 SOC we do not staff. You get a named escalation, written down.
- Follow-the-sun coverage from offices we do not have.
- An “AI transformation” that is really a licence resale.
- Certifications we have not earned.
Who is on the hook at 02:00?
That is the question Managed answers. Twenty-five minutes, and we will tell you exactly what happens on our side.
