He takes the conversion call and runs the diagnostic himself. “We” on this site means the firm and the bots behind it. There is no team photo because there is no team to photograph yet — and we would rather you heard that from us.
Two legal persons.
Kolosseum Solutions by Vantnod, Inc. is the contracting party. Impact Node Oy handles EU contracting and VAT. Both appear in the footer of every page because the transfer work is not finished and you should be able to see who you are actually signing with.
A Vantnod company. Same two legal persons; no third one invented for the letterhead.
What this is not.
- A lifestyle hour-shop. If it turns into one, it should be shut down.
- A listed house with a share price, an IR page, and a careers section.
- A design studio, a cloud reseller, or an automotive HMI practice.
- A US direct-to-consumer retention business. That work belongs to another company.
- A body shop matched to a rate card. We walk from those.
Built in the north.
We work from the north, and Finnish working habits are in how we write, price, and answer. That is a statement about trust and craft. It is not a claim that Finland is our market, and it is not a nearshore pitch dressed up as heritage.
Where the house actually stands
This house is new. Our first revenue will be a paid diagnostic, not a transformation programme.
No client logos. We have none we are allowed to show, and we are not going to invent them. When we publish work, anything synthetic is labelled Sample.
Five practices is the aim, not the inventory. Four are live. The fifth — Public — is on the site as an aim, with the honest limits written on it.
