The clock

90-day clock · live

By 29 October 2026, the first invoice is a paid diagnostic.

Not a transformation programme. Not a discovery engagement. A two-week memo that says go or kill. That is the date the year is built around, and the date Public does not get to eat.

Day 0 — 13 Aug 2026

How to buy

Three ways in. Same shape on every live practice.

Diagnostic, then Implementation, then Managed. Pick a practice; the shape does not change.

Diagnostic

2 weeks

  • Can this ship? A written go/kill memo.
  • Gold cases drafted for your workflow, not a generic rubric.
  • Invoiced on signature. Half credited if you convert within 30 days.

One founder, one workflow, one memo.

What happens

Implementation

12 weeks

  • One named system in production.
  • Evals, human review, audit trail, named owner, SLOs.
  • Scope set before we start. The number is fixed with it.

Never two Implementations overlapping without a contractor on a signed SOW.

How it runs

Managed

12 months

  • Evals and drift watched on a schedule.
  • Weekly exception review with a named owner.
  • Monthly pack a CFO or Head of Ops will read.

This is the company. The build is the way in.

The cadence

Scoped on a 25-minute call. Fixed in a proposal before we start. Quality also runs a lighter eval retainer — see the practice page.

Method

The harness.

Seven steps, the same on every engagement, including the software we run our own company on. It is the difference between a demo and something audit will accept.

01

Gold cases

The workflow written as pass/fail cases before anything is built.

02

Gates

Every release runs the cases. A regression blocks the deploy.

03

Human review

Where the system is unsure, a person decides. Logged.

04

Audit trail

Every run and override, retained and exportable.

05

Exception queue

What the system could not handle, in one reviewable place.

06

Weekly review

Exceptions read with the owner. Drift gets a decision.

07

Monthly pack

Cost, quality, incidents, risk. One document.

How the harness works

Before you buy

Four questions we would ask you first.

Answered here with the harness, not with a strategy deck. If you cannot answer them about the system you run today, that is the finding.

01

When the model or the release is quietly wrong, who sees it?

The eval gate. Gold cases run on every release and on a schedule in production. A regression blocks the deploy or opens a written exception — it does not wait for somebody to complain.

02

When cost moves 10×, who owns the number?

We do, and it is in the monthly pack. Spend is tracked per workflow against a budget with a threshold and a named owner. Nobody discovers it on an invoice.

03

When legal or audit asks, what do you hand them?

The trail. Every run, every human override, every model and prompt version, retained and exportable. You hand over a document, not a reconstruction assembled that afternoon.

04

When it fails at 02:00, who is on the hook?

A named owner with a written escalation. We will not sell you a 24/7 SOC we do not staff. We will tell you exactly what happens at 02:00 before you sign anything.

Who you get

Jami Ojala

Founder, Kolosseum Solutions

He takes the conversion call and runs the diagnostic himself. “We” on this site means the firm and the bots behind it. There is no team photo because there is no team to photograph yet — and we would rather you heard that from us.

Where the house actually stands

This house is new. Our first revenue will be a paid diagnostic, not a transformation programme.

No client logos. We have none we are allowed to show, and we are not going to invent them. When we publish work, anything synthetic is labelled Sample.

Five practices is the aim, not the inventory. Four are live. The fifth — Public — is on the site as an aim, with the honest limits written on it.

Two legal persons. Kolosseum Solutions by Vantnod, Inc. is the contracting party. Impact Node Oy handles EU contracting and VAT. A Vantnod company.

One workflow. Twenty-five minutes.

Bring a workflow you have already chosen. We will tell you whether it can be in production in twelve weeks, and what it costs to keep it there.
